Onboarding and campaign setup fees cover immediate engineering and strategic resource allocation. These initial service fees are non-refundable once technical integration and account audits have officially commenced.

Client ad spend budgets are held securely in dedicated accounts. Any uncommitted or undeployed ad spend remains fully refundable at any point prior to active campaign launch or publisher distribution.

We resolve billing discrepancies through structured, objective audits. Clients must submit formal billing inquiries in writing within thirty days of invoice settlement to initiate transactional review.
